This sign is probably more of the category: “is this sign really necessary?” Its from my student accommodation in first year. One morning it just was there, my logic conclusion from the sudden appearance of this sign, the reason must be that someone actually did not think that the hob stayed hot after it was turned off and actually seriously burned themselves. If people going to uni is the future, this is making my slightly concern…

Quite a while since the predecessor was posted, but this is the sign that replaced the old, though slightly different, it communicate the message ever so slightly better, which is that handicapped should not use the top floor of the parking house. So sorry the last sign had notting to do with ambulances.
Also I forgot to say with the previous sign this is also a great example of a particular Welsh sophistication of bilingualism.
Sign from Bronglais General Hospital, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion.

This sign must be the pinnacle of sophistication when it comes to British sign writing, as this sign has such advanced writing that not even the British themselves where able to understand it. So what did it mean? Well that up to you to decide. However they did replace the sign after a few months, going to upload that later.

Similar to yesterday, where a short warning would suffice, there is a small essay.

This is a good example of how British people have a tendency to use a long winded way of making a warning, when others would have found it more that enough to say: “be careful”.
Sign is from Conwy Castle in North Wales.
